The ‘School of Athens’ fan. After three years of restoration, the Gobelins Tapestry, the School of Athens, inspired by the work of Raphael, returned to its place at the heart of the hemicycle of the Assemblée Nationale on 15 September 2020.
The ‘Les Cocardes’ fan. The famous tricolour cockade was created during the French Revolution by combining the colours of the King (white) and the City of Paris (blue and red). Today it is the symbol of the French Republic.
