Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. The standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi, delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. You can also choose your Point Relais or your Post Office.  Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible. Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage costs. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. 


The product received does not suit you, or you want to change the model? From the date of receipt of your package you have 14 days to make a return. The postmark as proof. In all cases, the products must be returned by Colissimo, in their original condition, packaging included with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. All goods will be checked upon receipt.

How to make a return?

The procedure below must be followed in full. Contact us at: and tell us the reasons for your return or the model you wish to exchange with. As soon as we accept your return by email, you will receive a return label in pdf format that you will just have to print and stick on your parcel, taking care to keep the deposit guarantee stub from your post office. We advise you to make all your returns by colissimo and to keep the tracking number, otherwise we could not guarantee the good reception of your return package.

We will send you an email as soon as we receive your return. In the event that we are unable to provide an adequate replacement item, we will contact you by email. Once received, we will review and process your items within 48 hours to ensure that you receive your product in exchange, credit or refund as soon as possible.
